Love the new latest storyline. Glad you took the extra time to make it right. Please never never never marry Brent and Jade. Brent must have a hell of a lot of confidence now. That could be a lot of fun when he finally tries to cash in.

well ragin, scots version of "telling it like it is" does not make my wallet leap from my pants and burn my credit card number all over his site. in fact, i will take my laughs for free. he can get what advertising money he can from hits to his site at my daily perusal. but make no mistake, not one dime of mine will make it to his coffers. scott will have to learn the lesson that the rest of the entertainment industry is eventually going to get. a lot of people dont like one sided preaching from jackasses like him. we like even less paying them to do it. preach on brother scott. i will be the one reading your stuff next to the stand, firmly within the building money ready to spend on something else. have a nice day.

LOLz. Keep up the good work. Grats on the Eisner, it's well deserved. And don't let the haters dissuade you from telling how it is. Your avenue for entertainment and cutting commentary makes this a strip to return to. (And I'd prolly do the same thing, given the circumstances.) It's your strip, do as you wish. The continued readers will show whether it's liked or not.
And so far, you are liked. =)

hey agentx42,
i wouldnt worry much about it. scott is not the bigger man except his waist size. case in point, he opens a can o worms on religious stuff for a while, then bans discussion of it on his blog. when he wins, he was deserving of it the whole time. when he looses, he just silences people. it must be nice to have a forrum where you can throw bombs without incurring much back. i did not expect better from him, and he did not dissapoint when he won that award.
scott, congrats on the award though. your strip is funny and well put together. despite your being a jerk, i still read it. it says something about your efforts.

Congrats on the Eisner, Scott. Disagree with the Saturday strip, though. This is your crowning moment, the chance for you to really puff your chest and be genuinely proud of you accomplishments -- and you choose to give the finger instead of being the better man. How someone can be so warm and funny in his craft and yet be so graceless and petty... well, Hollywood wouldn't exist if that kind of mindset didn't exist. Anyway, genuine kudos to you. Next award you win (and you *will* win another, you're too talented not to), try to keep your own bile down while you're serving crow to your detractors.

Hey Scott... congrats on the Eisner! I just wanted to stop by and say hello. I'm the guy you met at Comic-con that didn't like Shecky and gave you the Superman pin. It was great to finally meet you. I read PvP everyday first thing when I get to work. It really helps start the day off right... with a laugh and a smile.

In today's strip, did the lute salesman mean to use the word "docent" in referrence to Sam's singing? Or was "dulcet" the word you were looking for. If not, I'm interested in this usage of docent. Before people get the wrong idea, I'm not correcting, I'm simply interested in the use of the word "docent" in this context.
Word.

Jeremy, Use a progam called XNview to open the wow screens, you can then resave them into JPG
